This has just happened today on my wife's printer - same one. If you can see nothing do not worry.
Examine the printer for any debris before printing. If the jammed paper is under the FINE cartridge holder, move the FINE cartridge holder to the right edge or the left edge whichever is easier to remove the paper. Pull the paper prnter not to tear it, then pull the paper out. Use standard office paper.
